We have arrested three men and a woman on suspicion of attempted murder men after a man in his 40s was left with serious injuries in a stabbing in Birmingham today.We were called to Dudley Road at its junction with Bellefield Road shortly before 1.30am. The victim was taken to hospital after receiving a slash injury. He is now in a stable condition.Three men aged 34, 29 and 26 and a 22-year-old woman were all arrested on suspicion of attempted murder. They remain in custody as we carry out further enquiries.We believe there were a number of people in the area at the time who may have witnessed the incident.We are appealing for witnesses or for anyone with any mobile phone or dashcam footage to please contact us via Live Chat on our website or by calling 101, quoting crime reference number 20/666697/24.
